Trelleborg Offshore Barrow-in-Furness Ltd acquire assets of CWA Products Ltd

Following a decision by Chris Cooper to retire after 20 years of owning and operating CWA Products Ltd, an agreement was reached between Trelleborg Offshore Barrow-in-Furness Ltd and the Cooper family for Trelleborg Offshore Barrow-in-Furness Ltd to acquire the assets of CWA Products Ltd on 13th April 2010.

The acquisition will add additional products to the existing range supplied by Trelleborg Offshore Barrow-in-Furness and will consolidate our presence in this specialised and demanding market.
